The Division of Child Support Enforcement's (DCSE) mission is to promote family independence by reducing the dependency of single parent households through the collection of monetary, and potentially medical, child support from non-custodial parents (NCP's) through the effective use of paternity establishment, case processing, enforcement tools, efficient collection and prompt payment distribution. DCSE also has a Speakers Bureau available seven days a week to conduct presentations and to participate in community events to educate and inform the public about Delaware’s child support program and services.

This organization was started in memory of my dear friend Deirdre D'Aulerio, who died from Inflammatory Breast Cancer in the spring of 2008. She and I were working on a fundraising project together, and the day before she died, I promised her I would finish the calendar. I've kept that promise, and started a non-profit fund in her memory that will be used to fund research of Inflammatory Breast Cancer and to provide financial assistance to women who need it during their treatment for Inflammatory Breast Cancer.
